MITAS Machinery Co is founded in 1949 by the attempts of ihsan UNCU who was a good leader for second and third generation. It was about the
spare parts of automotive and repairmen then. After a few years time, MKEK adjudicated bayonets and sheaths to the private properties for the
MKEK since 1970. So that our company got the adjudication and the production was started.

machine.
Carpet yarn Frieze Heat-set machine is used for the continuous friezing and heat setting of twisted synthetic yarns like Polypropylene, Polyester,
Polyamide and Nylon, also Spun Yarns like Acrylic, Wool, Cotton and blended yarns. This process takes place in the climate chamber under
atmospheric pressure by over-heated steam.

MD 25 SERIES HEAT-SET

machine was awarded for 6'Th National "Technology Achievement Award" in 2005. Now, it has been served to carpet yarn producers. The heat set
machine can run with 6 channels and 4, 6, 8, 10 ends per channel or up to 24, 36, 48, 60 ends per machine. Carpet yarn heat-set machine is used
for the continuous heat setting of synthetic yarns like Polypropylene, Polyester, Polyamide, also Spun yarns like Acrylic, Wool, Cotton and blended
yarns. This process takes place in the climate chamber under atmospheric pressure over heated steam.
