Complete Engine Assembly Line
Block loading. Dual overhead runway,1000lb.
Crankshaft loading, 100lb runway
Main bearing cap assembly & turning. ABB 2 head nutrunner.
Turntable
Manual piston insert with block rotation
Tighten conrod bolts,apply RTV,check TTT
Press rear seal, measure balance shaft driving gear
Install balance shaft shim, install shaft.500lb
Counterbalance nutrunner
Install oil pump, oil suction pipe. Counterbalanced 6 spindle nutrunner.
Apply oil pan liquid gasket. 6 axis robot
Install oil pan,tighten bolts.6 spindle counterbalanced nutrunner
Turntable
GEC Fanuc/ ABB Flexible Automation 5 section Control Panel
(Half line) Omplicity Control V22 software. Bosch tightening control system
Turn Engine. Install Oil Filter & Crank Sensor. Block turner
Short Block leak test.Uson 4000 control system
Install Cylinder head assembly
Tighten Cyl. Head bolts,stamp engine ID. Head rundown tension unit, 10 spindle nutrunner
Idle station
Install exhaust camshaft & cramshaft cover.hand oil seal inserter,2 hand nutrunners
Install Water pump,EGR valve bracket,& coil.Hand nutrunner
Long Block leak test.Uson 4000 control system
ABB Zone 2 Nutrunner 5 section control cabinet (Half line)ABB
Idle station
InstallInstall Oil cooler,intake manifoldassembley.1 hand nutrunner
Install rear cover,cam sprocket,crank gear,1 hand & 1 nutrunner with jig
Install Timing belt & flywheel.2 spindle nutrunner
Turntable
Install wiring harness & clutch. 3 spindle nutrunner
Adjust belt tensioner,pre tighten tensioner,fill engine oil
Torque tester
Idle station
Cold run test
Install exhaust manifold,heat shield& front cover.2 hand nutrunners
Turntable
Install Engine lifter,generator bracket,apply engine ID
Pallet Transfer car to station 10, with light guards

Install fuel rail, MAP sensor
Intake manifold leak test
Press valve seals, install valves， 18 spindle nutrunner with auto valve key feeder
Cyl. head leak test
Assemble HLA, Intake camshaft assembly
